How could we show 31 flights in a single image?

Virgin Australia wanted to change the perception that they offered far less flights between the nation's major cities than the national carrier, Qantas.

So over the course of one day we took a photograph of iconic landmarks at the exact departure time of each Virgin Australia flight to that destination. The images were then pieced together to create striking posters that appeared in Virgin Lounges and in-flight magazines.
